We provide training across levels from providing basic trainings to inductees to customised training for L2 and L3 resources, including managers. Our trainers are experts and practising professionals in their respective technologies and our clients frequently include IT companies that want specialised or advanced training programmes for their existing managers.
Our corporate trainings typically last between 5-10 working days and can be arranged at client offices, DBA Lounge premises as well as out station locations. Trainings can be designed and modified as per the need of the clients and as per the technical environment of the client.

DBA Lounge has come with a focused career programme to induct qualified and talented individuals to embark on a career of becoming high quality IT professionals. The programme includes 6 months of class room training (in parallel or after their ) followed by 6 months as a trainee with on ongoing client engagements or projects. This is to enable the candidate to gain adequate knowledge and skill to be able to perform independently. At the end of the period, the candidate would be absorbed as an employee with DBA Lounge and can embark on a high growth career in the IT field.
